At Bee Banner, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing services with precision and care. Due to the nature of our custom printing products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

No Returns & No Refunds

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized prints, banners, business cards, or any other printed products.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork, specifications, or approvals.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We ensure strict quality control measures. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item due to our printing process:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
  • If we determine that the issue is due to a production error, we may offer a reprint at our discretion.
  • Shipping damages must be reported to the courier service, as we are not responsible for handling damages caused during transit.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure all designs, dimensions, and order details are correct before submitting an order.
  • We do not provide refunds or reprints for color variations, minor size discrepancies, or artwork issues that were approved before production.
